Where It All Begins

Not everything can be explained at once. Sometimes I simply want to keep a few thoughts, images, links, names, and places close at hand.
Over time, those things form a portrait of a person: the trace they leave, the way they think, what held their attention, what changed, and what stayed with them. For now, this trace gathers here. It may include finished essays and brief notes, photographs, research, memories, or a few links with a note about why I kept them. Some will matter for years; some will quickly lose their urgency. There is freedom in that: not every publication needs to represent who I am today. Sometimes it is enough that, at a particular moment, I wanted to notice something, write about it, or preserve it.
Over time, these fragments will become an archive, not one assembled after the work is done, but an open archive of the process or the path itself. It will not fix a finished version of a person; perhaps it will make visible how and where their attention moved.
